1ST YEAR FEES FOR OFFSHORE COMPANY INCORPORATION

The above 1st year fees include all incorporation and annual fees for the first year, including our fees, Government fees (Read More on the Bahamas - Important), Registered Office/Agent (Domicilliary) fees, Nominee Director/Manager (LLC) fees and all corporate documentation. Click on the "Corporate Documents Provided" list above for details on the corporate documentation included for each jurisdiction in the fees quoted.

* Note: Our Hong Kong and Bahamas incorporation and 1st year fees include an embossed metal corporate seal which is a mandatory Government requirement.

This documentation includes all the documentation you need to legally run, manage and operate your offshore company.

If you are comparing prices, be sure to check that the offer includes ALL the above services and documentation listed. Many companies charge extra for the Registered Office/Agent and Nominee Director/Manager. Others charge extra for the Minutes, Power of Attorney, etc. Note also that our annual fee is only payable a year from the incorporation date of the company, except for the Bahamas (Read More - Important). Others may charge the annual fee on December 31st of the calendar year.

Nominee Director fees are NOT included where there is a legal requirement for a Resident Director, or for a Cyprus Resident Company.

2ND YEAR OFFSHORE COMPANY FEES

The above 2nd year fees include:

• Statutory Registered Office/Agent
• Statutory Filings and Notices
• Annual Government License Fee
• Nominee Director (if desired - Not included if there is a legal requirement for a Resident Director)

** Note: Hong Kong and Cyprus 2nd year fees EXCLUDE accounting, auditing and tax filing which are required by the Government.

*** FOR DELAWARE - Renewal fees are due on or before June 1 of the year following incorporation, NOT on the anniversary date of the incorporation.
